Glasgow Edinburgh Developments are very pleased to be working closely with Grant Stafford Limited to bring about a residential development on a site at Bell Street just up from Glasgow’s High Street.

The project will consist of some 50 residential apartments and 5,000 square feet of commercial space with over forty parking spaces.

Situated close to the Strathclyde University and Glasgow City College the area is popular with young people and those who work in the city centre.

Glasgow Edinburgh Developments are advising Grant Stafford Limited on all aspects of land acquisition, assembly of professional team, design components, construction methodology and marketing.

The planning process will be embraced over the course of 2015 as with construction procurement facilitating a site start later in the year.
